The boys really loved the parade. They especially loved getting all the candy that was thrown. Tucker had an eagle eye for it and would come back with two big hand fulls of the stuff. He also felt the need to run out in the middle of the street to pick up a piece that the other children had wisely chosen to ignore. As I embarrassingly ran after him, Chad's mom just laughed and said, "That's just like Chad"
We really had an enjoyable day with our families celebrating the freedoms of our great country. The freedoms that are so often under attack. We love this holiday and love teaching our children what it REALLY means to be an American. The Constitution was brought forth by men that were inspired by God. And while many in this country question it's validity, we will always remember this and continue to teach our children of their God given rights.

Cute pix. I especially love the choke hold chad has Tucker in. See you soon.
It was a really fun day from start to finish. God Bless America!
Amen Megan. It is too bad that so many Americans are ignorant about the beliefs of our Founding Fathers. They were inspired men and the Constitution is an inspired document. I hope that our freedoms will continue to be protected.
You have such a cute, and patriotic, family.
