Wii Fat, I mean Fit

So about 4 weeks ago, I picked up the Nintendo Wii Fit. It was a great buy, and I have already lost 10lbs. You really got to check it out... http://www.nintendo.com/wiifit/launch/.

If anyone buys it, add me as a friend, and we can see who gets less fat quicker... (really good English).

Bright and early this morning, I jumped on my bike and headed out to my local FrontRunner station. FrontRunner, for those who don't know, is the commuter rail system in Utah that opened this past April.
Leaving my house at 6:15am, I arrived at the station with plenty of time to spare before the 6:30 train arrived. In no time at all, I had purchased my ticket, and was on my way. I am exceedingly wary of riding as I get extremely motion sick.
I was pleasantly suprised by the smooth and quiet ride. The trip from the station in Layton to Salt Lake City took about 30 minutes. From there the ride took me west to my work. Total biked distance was 10 miles. Total time spent on train/bike was a little over an hour.
The beauty of this experiment, is that I now know that I can do it. I MADE IT. Consider this Mount Everest for me. I haven't traveled that far on a bike for years and years. My butt is killing me, but I made it.
Even better is the fact that tomorrow I will have a free pass to take the train due to my schooling at Weber State University. Gotta love that! Could save over 200 dollars a month...
